In the role of administrator, you may work with scheduling calendar bookings, meeting bookings, as well as general planning and coordination. Routine tasks such as copying and sorting documents will also occur. Further examples of tasks that may be included in the role of administrator:

• Manage administrative routines
• Provide operational support for the organization
• Draft letters, minutes, documentation, etc.
• Assist and provide service to one or more individuals (for example, a manager or a department)
• Handle many contacts with employees and the public
• Perform simple calculations, compilations, and diagrams

Your qualifications

• At least a three-year high school education, for example in administration, economics, or another equivalent education
• At least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both orally and in writing
