Business Developer Customer Success

We are looking for a Business Developer Customer Success for one of Sweden's leading energy companies. Do you have a relevant academic degree and several years of experience in operations management for B2B customers, along with a good knowledge of customer service? Do you also have a strong ability to interpret data and identify trends and opportunities? Then we believe you could be the one we are looking for.

ABOUT THE POSITION

For one of our clients, a leading energy company, we are now seeking a Business Developer Customer Success. The role involves working to continuously improve the company's Nordic operations by utilizing best practices both internally and externally to enhance customer satisfaction and efficiency.

This is a consulting assignment where you will be employed by Academic Work and work on behalf of our client. We are looking for someone who can start in February, with the assignment initially extending until the end of July 2025.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Tasks

Develop the company's sales and service operations with a focus on customer experience and success.
Lead Nordic projects across functions and countries.
Continuously develop business processes to improve operations and efficiency.
Stay updated with the latest research and trends in customer operations and strategy.
Analyze and compile data and insights from across the Nordics and provide recommendations to optimize operations.

WE ARE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

Has a completed academic education.
Has 3-5 years of previous experience in successful operations management for B2B customers.
Has good knowledge of customer service, techniques, and processes.
Has a strong ability to analyze and interpret data to identify trends and opportunities.
Is skilled in delivering presentations.
Has good knowledge of both Swedish and English, spoken and written.
