About the Position In this role as a receptionist and service manager, you will work with our team to take responsibility for the two receptions at Westfield Mall of Scandinavia, Scandinavia's largest shopping center. As a service manager and receptionist, you are an important point of contact for both visitors and employees. Together with our customer, we strive for a world-class workplace that provides visitors with an extraordinary experience. You will be part of this experience, which requires good collaboration skills, attentiveness, and a positive attitude.
In this role, you will work as a receptionist in MOS and work approximately 85%. We offer a very varied and independent job in a pleasant environment with cheerful, service-oriented colleagues. The tasks are varied and include, among other things, directing visitors, answering questions, selling gift cards, contacting suppliers and center management, as well as other customer inquiries.

We prefer that you, as a receptionist, are energetic, positive, and enjoy working in a team. With a strong sense of resilience, you handle unforeseen needs and challenges.
You have previously worked in service and have some experience with the Office suite and speak fluent Swedish and English.
Employment Permanent position with a 6-month probationary period. Employment rate: 85%-100% Start: March 2025 Working hours: Varying during the center's opening hours (09:45-21:10), either you work opening or closing shifts, as well as some weekends.
