Experienced Payroll Administrator Wanted!

Are you an experienced payroll administrator who enjoys working from start to finish? Do you also have experience with SAP payroll and want to take responsibility for both white collar and blue collar salaries in an exciting and dynamic organization? Then this could be the role for you!

SJR is now hiring a payroll consultant with experience in SAP payroll. The consulting assignment starts immediately and initially lasts for 3-6 months, with good opportunities for extension. Our client operates in a hybrid model where you are expected to work on-site at the office in Gustavsberg/Värmdö a few days a week and the remaining time from home if desired.

About the Role

As a payroll administrator with our client, you will have overall responsibility for payroll management in Sweden. You will be a key person ensuring that our employees receive the correct salary on time and that processes run smoothly. The role includes both operational and strategic tasks, and you will have the opportunity to influence and develop our payroll processes.

Main Responsibilities

• Be responsible for the entire payroll process, from collecting payroll data to payment.
• Handle both white collar and blue collar salaries in Sweden.
• Ensure that payroll management complies with current laws, agreements, and regulations.
• Administer and manage questions regarding pensions, benefits, and insurances.
• Conduct reconciliations and reporting related to salaries, taxes, and employer contributions.
• Act as a contact person for questions from employees, managers, and authorities regarding payroll.
• Drive improvement projects to optimize and streamline payroll processes.
