Do you want a challenging and rewarding job?We are now looking fora support educator for a full-time position at Rosenbacken group home in Hässelby.

About the roleAs a support educator, you will work together with your colleagues in direct work with the users. Your task includes driving and applying Nytida's framework for pedagogy and contributing to the design of personal pedagogy for the users. This is to support the users in utilizing their cognitive and social abilities, strengthen their self-esteem, and enable a health-promoting life by acting as a role model and motivating them towards wellness. Together with other staff, you will work towards making the day meaningful and enriching, performing care-related work, ensuring participation, and participating in activities with the users.

You will guide and support staff in social documentation and implementation plans, mentor new employees, and collaborate with the operations manager and business developers in development projects. A support in your work is an annual cycle for support educators, tailored to the needs of the operations. You will report to the operations manager. You will also be part of a regional network for support educators that meets once a month; these meetings are led by our business developer. Additionally, you will also be part of Nytida's national network for support educators. Working hours are scheduled during the day, evenings, weekends, and sleeping on-call shifts.

About the unitRosenbacken is an LSS residence where individuals (55-70 years) with autism, autism-like conditions, or intellectual disabilities live. The residence is a standalone two-story house in Hässelby villa city, located near Riddersvik. At Rosenbacken, we have five adult users. We work according to the client's order of service. We operate according to laws and requirements by applying Our World, Service Processes, the Framework for Pedagogy, and current governing documents.

We actively work on activities tailored to each individual's needs and wishes.

Your experience and knowledge You are an educated support educator at a vocational college or have relevant higher education. You have good computer skills, experience in documentation, and good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form. Additional requirements include experience working with the LSS target group.

As a person, you have a positive outlook and a strong commitment to people. You are responsible, meticulous, and enjoy working in a team. You are enthusiastic and willingly share your experiences, supporting colleagues in pedagogy, documentation, and interaction.
