During rush hour, it takes about 30 minutes by direct bus from Slussen. You start your day with a short journey over bridges and sea to our beautiful archipelago municipality. Buses run every 10 minutes. In our central location, Gustavsberg, you will find our bright and fresh municipal building. If you choose to drive instead, the same distance takes 20 minutes.

Your role is at the Individual and Family Care Office, adult unit, which consists of five social workers with authority, two case managers, and two employees at BOSAM. BOSAM is where you will belong.

BOSAM is the unit of individual and family care concerning housing social issues within the area of social contracts. BOSAM processes applications and makes decisions regarding social contracts. A large part of BOSAM's activities is to manage areas related to social contracts concerning rental law issues and to promote people's independence by taking over contracts and being the holder of a primary lease.

In this role, it is advantageous to have a fundamental interest in housing social issues. You will have overall responsibility for coordinating BOSAM's various areas on an operational level and have a good ability to compile material to contribute to continued legal security and business development.

We are looking for someone with a degree in social work and at least two years of experience as a social worker. The requirement is that you have worked within authority in addiction units or social psychiatry. It is an advantage if you have previous experience collaborating with municipal housing companies, have been a project leader, and held supervisory roles.
