Your new job

We are now looking for someone who wants to work as a job coach with us at ILSA daily activities. Our premises are centrally located in Åkersberga.

ILSA is a daily activity where employment is placed in workplaces out in the community. The group consists of 8 employees, one of whom is a coordinator. One employee is soon going on parental leave, and we are therefore looking for a substitute.

The work as a job coach involves using the methods of Supported Employment, MI (Motivational Interviewing), and KASAM to help and support individuals aged 18-65 who receive assistance under the Social Services Act or the Act on Support and Service for Certain Disabled Persons (LSS). The target group includes individuals with mental and/or neuropsychiatric disabilities, individuals with mild intellectual disabilities, or individuals with brain injuries. As a job coach, you will be responsible for:

• Mapping the person's strengths and interests
• Social documentation
• Creating implementation plans
• Finding and adapting a suitable workplace
• Continuously providing support to individuals and the workplace

Your profile

We are looking for someone with experience in similar work. You should also have basic knowledge in psychiatry, neuropsychiatry, intellectual disabilities, or have other education/experience that the employer considers equivalent and suitable for the job. It is an advantage if you have training in Supported Employment, Motivational Interviewing (MI), or KASAM.

You should have basic computer skills and experience with social documentation.

A driver's license is a requirement.

The work requires you to be self-driven but also appreciate working in a team. As a person, you are solution-focused and responsible. You are skilled at creating and maintaining good relationships. You have excellent collaboration skills with authorities, caseworkers, and other partners. We place great value on personal suitability.

Before employment, you must provide a valid extract from the criminal record.
