Are you pedagogical, communicative, and confident in guiding and collaborating with colleagues? Then this is the role for you! As a support educator in Nacka Municipality, you will have an operational and pedagogical role that combines direct customer work with the development of the organization's pedagogical methods.
Your Mission
With us at Solsidevägen and Kvarnvägen group homes, you will work in a multifaceted role where you contribute to creating conditions for participation and independence for individuals within LSS. The role includes, among other things:
- Development and implementation of pedagogical methods, such as clarifying pedagogy and AAC, which also includes emotional regulation and other communicative strategies

- Contributing to structure and predictability for our customers
You will work at both Solsidevägen and Kvarnvägen, with time allocated for both operational and administrative tasks. Work shifts are scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends, and your role involves both independent responsibility and close collaboration with the workgroup. Your Experience
To be considered for the position, you must have:
- Previously worked in group homes or daily activities with the LSS target group and understand the specific needs of the customers
- Documented experience in guiding colleagues in working with documentation, establishing implementation plans, and following routines in a structured manner
- Experience working with methods such as clarifying pedagogy, alternative and augmentative communication (AAC), and the individual's needs in focus (IBIC)
- Education as a support educator or education that the employer deems equivalent
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, to communicate and document effectively
- Good computer and system skills and are comfortable using digital tools in your work
- Experience in handling and working with individuals who exhibit challenging behaviors and can adapt your work based on their needs
Is this you?
We are looking for someone who is confident in themselves and their competence, and who can take a leading role without compromising collaboration within the group. You are structured, solution-oriented, and engaged in supporting and developing both customers and colleagues. You take initiative, share knowledge, and are a good role model for your colleagues. Furthermore, you are communicative, flexible, and unpretentious, with the ability to think creatively and find solutions. You treat people respectfully and professionally and are eager to contribute to pedagogical development. Additionally, you have customer focus, experience, and a good understanding of your mission, where you always prioritize the customer's needs and think service in every interaction.
We place great importance on your personal suitability and your willingness to develop, both in your role and within the organization.
We Offer
