Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who wants to step into a well-functioning operation and substitute while one of our employees is on parental leave.

For us, it is important that you feel curiosity about your assignment and that you focus strongly on the children's right to a wonderful, fun, safe, and educational childhood. A day at preschool is filled with various meetings between children and educators, and we believe that each meeting is significant and part of the child's safety, development, and learning.

Perhaps you have a phenomenal ability to see and support children in skill training that takes place in all routine situations? Are you particularly passionate about any of the curriculum's subject areas or have you found ways to learning through various forms of creativity? In any case, we believe that you help children feel joy in making progress and overcoming difficulties. Together!

To apply for this position, you need to:

• have a preschool assistant degree or equivalent extensive experience working in a children's group in preschool
• have experience working in preschool (beyond APL/practice)
• have knowledge of and be familiar with the preschool curriculum
• be curious and want to meet the children in a joint learning and exploration
• focus on the children and take responsibility in all parts of the preschool assistant's duties
• have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

It is an advantage if you also:

• have experience conducting structured conversations with guardians about the child's abilities and development (development talks)

The position is a substitute from February 1st to April 15th, 2025
Scope 80 - 100%
Start: February 1st or by agreement
