Tjustaskolan is a rural school surrounded by horse pastures and varied nature, situated between Håbo Tibble and Håtuna churches. Here, 15 adults work, and there are about 100 students from preschool to grade 6.

We are looking for an engaged and driven class teacher for grade 4.

You will be responsible for teaching all subjects except handicrafts, sports, and music. The work involves responsibility for teaching a class where you also serve as a mentor for the students. In addition to teaching, common tasks include documentation, development discussions, and collaboration with colleagues on student health and pedagogical issues. You will plan, implement, and evaluate teaching in accordance with the curriculum, focusing on creating a safe and stimulating learning environment where students can develop both academically and socially.

The school is located in Bro, in a scenic environment with great opportunities to use nature as part of the teaching. Since the school is located outside the urban area, it is an advantage if you have a B driver's license.

We are looking for someone who

• Is a certified teacher with qualifications to teach grades F-6.
• Is structured, attentive, and has the ability to create good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues.
• Has experience working with younger students and is accustomed to adapting teaching to students' different needs and conditions.
• Enjoys working independently but is also a team player who contributes to the school's development.
• It is an advantage if you have experience working in a smaller school and see the benefits of working in a close-knit and familiar environment.

About the recruitment process
