We are looking for experienced support assistants for our two children's homes (LSS) in Sollentuna.

Your role as a support assistant

The job involves providing daily support to children and adolescents. This includes care, ADL, social training, and a wide range of leisure activities. We work with structure, predictability, and clarifying pedagogy, and your role will be to provide security, affirmation, and pedagogical support. The work also includes contact with relatives, schools, and our mobile HSL team. Cooking and other practical household tasks are also part of the job, as well as documentation.

The shifts are scheduled during the day/evening/on-call both on weekdays and weekends.

Your profile - we are looking for someone with education and experience

We are looking for you who are a nursing assistant or preschool teacher, with a high school education in, for example, the child and leisure program, health and care program, or other education deemed equivalent. It is important for us that you have experience with the target group and have previously worked with children/adolescents or adults with disabilities.

As a person, you have great patience, are secure, and have good collaboration skills. Since communication and documentation are important work tools, it is also a requirement that you express yourself well in Swedish, both orally and in writing. Personal suitability is highly valued. A driver's license is an advantage as we prefer to use the organization's bus for car trips and outings.

About Soldatvillan

Soldatvillan offers permanent and homely accommodation for children and adolescents aged 0-18 years, with disabilities such as autism, mobility impairments, and epilepsy. The villa is located in cozy residential areas in Viby and offers a lush garden with apple trees and its own vegetable gardens, as well as a trampoline. There is space for five children.

About Landsnoravillan

Landsnoravillan is a newly renovated villa located in a quiet residential area in Landsnora, where we offer permanent accommodation for children and adolescents with disabilities such as autism, ADHD, epilepsy, and challenging behaviors. There is space for five children aged 10-18 years, most of whom have multiple disabilities and significant needs for supervision, support, and care.
