Eventpersonal.se is a service for recruiting staff for all types of events. We primarily recruit trade fair staff, informants, hosts, samplers, and team leaders.

Our client, Stockholmsmässan, is now in need of a full-time receptionist and switchboard operator.

The position is a special fixed-term employment that lasts until September 30, 2025, with a possibility of extension.

We are looking for someone who has service in their fingertips and feels comfortable greeting visitors/customers both by phone, email, and in person. For this position, you will staff a reception in an office landscape where both employees and visitors move around. Much of the time will be spent answering the phone and responding to emails. You need to be comfortable in both spoken and written English and Swedish.

Much of the work is done in Stockholmsmässan's own systems, so you should be somewhat technical, quick to learn, and accustomed to handling computers.

Additionally, you are a responsible person who ensures that nothing falls through the cracks. You are organized and can work independently while enjoying teamwork.

Start:

Immediately, preferably by February 1.

(We have interviews on January 20 and hope you can come then)

Salary: by agreement
