The Child and Adolescent Psychiatric Outpatient Clinic (BUP) in Danderyd is tasked with providing children and adolescents aged 0-17 access to psychiatric care and treatment at a specialist level. The clinic's geographical catchment area includes the municipalities of Danderyd, Lidingö, Vallentuna, and Vaxholm. There are approximately 30,000 children and adolescents in the area.

Our clinic offers a wide and varied range of services, including several treatment methods commonly used in child and adolescent psychiatry. The clinic employs around forty staff members, including doctors, nurses, psychologists, social workers, occupational therapists, and administrators. Job Responsibilities

Your main responsibilities will consist of providing administrative support to healthcare personnel, such as writing medical records based on dictation in TakeCare, scheduling appointments, reception work, and answering incoming calls to the clinic. If necessary, you will work in our personnel administrative system Heroma and register cases in Pastill, which is the patient administrative system and care registry for child and adolescent psychiatry.

Qualifications

A degree in medical secretarial studies is required. It is an advantage if you have experience working as a medical secretary in psychiatry, experience with TakeCare, Pastill, and/or Heroma, as well as reception work.

In this role, you will interact with children and parents who visit our clinic either physically or digitally from a distance, as well as via phone.
