We at Sway Sourcing are looking for an experienced and committed communicator who wants to contribute to Sweden's electrification and green transition. The assignment starts in March 2025 and involves working on communication related to major infrastructure projects that shape the future energy system.

About the role

As a communicator, you will work both strategically and operationally to ensure clear and effective communication in projects that affect many societal actors. The role includes:

• Planning and implementation of communication initiatives focusing on those who are directly or indirectly affected by the projects.
• Support for spokespersons to ensure that external messages are consistent and clear.
• Collaboration with program and project communicators within the team to create uniform and target group-adapted solutions.
• Both advisory and practical tasks where you contribute to smooth project communication.

We are looking for someone who

• Has a higher education in communication or equivalent experience.
• Has at least five years of experience in similar roles where you have worked independently and successfully driven communication projects.
• Is confident in handling both strategic planning and hands-on implementation.
• Has experience working closely with leaders and project teams with communication that contributes to success in large projects.

Placement and working hours

• Workplace: Sundbyberg with the possibility of remote work up to 50% of the time.
• Scope: 100% throughout the assignment, with an expected end date in February 2026.
• Some domestic travel may occur as needed.

Security clearance

Please note that the role requires a security clearance including SUA agreement and background check. The process may take 8–10 weeks, and the assignment cannot begin until this is completed.
