About Björnö At Björnö, we offer more than just a nursing home – we create an active and meaningful everyday life where both nature and culture are at the center. Our large garden with a greenhouse and vegetable plots provides opportunities for daily outdoor activities. This can involve a shared lunch at Åtellet or explorations of various attractions in the surroundings.

Your role with us

As a summer substitute nursing assistant/caregiver, you will play an important role in creating memorable experiences and security for our residents. We are looking for someone who:

• Has a genuine interest in elderly care, especially for individuals with dementia
• Is creative and proactive with the ability to see opportunities for activities in everyday life
• Is responsible and reliable with the ability to work both independently and in a team
• Contributes to a positive atmosphere with your warmth and engagement
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

• Period: Week 25-34 (summer 2025)
• Extent: Full-time/part-time by agreement
• Location: Björnö nursing home Norrtälje
