Vårdliljan is looking for a district nurse to join our home care team in Upplands Väsby! We offer a stimulating and meaningful job, with clear leadership and development opportunities.

The Assignment

The work is scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday. The position includes planning, coordination, and implementation of care measures, contact with other healthcare providers and home care services, as well as telephone and direct contact with patients and relatives. We are located in a cozy office in Upplands Väsby.

Background

You are a trained district nurse, have prescribing rights in the ordering portal (nutritional preparations, diabetes aids, wound care products, incontinence aids, etc.). It is an advantage if you have previous experience in home care. It is important that you have good computer skills, preferably with experience in the web-based services Pascal (prescribing packaged medications) and webcare. Since you will be driving in your work, a B driver's license is required, as well as proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written.

We have a collective agreement with Vårdföretagarna and offer wellness grants. In our team, we have a very good atmosphere, where we engage in each other's work and support one another when help is needed.
