Vårdliljan is looking for a licensed nurse to join our home care team in Upplands Väsby! We offer a stimulating and meaningful job, with clear leadership and development opportunities.

The Assignment

The work is scheduled during daytime, Monday to Friday. The position includes planning, coordination, and implementation of care measures, contact with other healthcare providers and home care services, as well as direct and phone contact with patients and relatives.

Background

We are looking for a licensed nurse. We prefer that you have experience working in a health center or in home care. It is important that you are a person who feels engaged in your profession. It is essential that you have good computer skills, preferably with experience in the services Take Care and Lifecare. You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
