FLEET Coordinator at Transdev

Transdev is currently seeking an engaged and driven FLEET Coordinator who will play a central role in managing and structuring their vehicle data and systems. As a FLEET Coordinator, you will be responsible for inventorying and organizing base data as well as developing effective methods to optimize our systems and financing processes.

Responsibilities:

• Structure and organize system data for increased efficiency and accessibility.
• Inventory and analyze base data to identify potential improvement suggestions and methods.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth data management and information flow.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance in database management and related areas.
• Support the fleet manager with operational tasks such as implementing and presenting decisions on fleet plans, vehicle upgrades, and finance.
• Keep track of a fleet of nearly 1700 vehicles, including buses, light vehicles, and cars.
• Work with system integrations and automation to streamline workflows.

This is a consulting position through StudentConsulting, where you will work at Transdev. The work is scheduled during office hours and you will be based at Transdev's office in Bromma. There is an opportunity for remote work two days a week. The position is expected to start in January after the new year and will last for at least 3 months with the possibility of extension. Some travel within Sweden may occur with possible overnight stays.

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

• Post-secondary education in areas such as engineering, admin/IT technology, mechanical engineering, or industrial economics.
• Ability to work in a structured manner and handle complex tasks with high precision.
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Interest in vehicles and technology.
• Experience in database management and system integrations is a plus.
• Knowledge of various financing methods is an advantage.
