We offer care and service to our customers through assistance decisions or as a RUT service. Based on the customer's needs, we ensure to collaboratively design a safe service, tailored to needs and wishes. We actively work with contact person assignments and to meet the needs and routines of our customers, in the best possible way, we prioritize small workgroups with good continuity. We have our own quality management system and work systematically with quality assurance in the operations – we can always improve.

Today, the company has over 900 employees, including nursing assistants, caregivers, and cleaners. We have special competence in dementia and palliative care. The name Allegio comes from the Latin word Legio, which means “chosen personnel” – it is based on this motto that we work: we know that we offer the best service when we also have the best and most dedicated staff!

Are you the one we are looking for?

We are looking for someone who is passionate about working with individuals, respecting our customers and providing the absolute best service is very important.

Previous experience in home care is an advantage but not a requirement.

A driver's license is a requirement.

It is important that you handle the Swedish language in both speech and writing.

Interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis.
