Responsibilities

As a unit manager, you are the leader closest to the employees and the operations. You are responsible for leading and driving the daily work based on the department's mission and goals, where the state value base permeates your work. Through your leadership, you convey clear expectations, follow up on goals, and provide your employees with the right conditions to take their responsibility. You have personnel responsibility as well as results and follow-up responsibility for the teams in your unit.

Your unit consists of about 20 employees who work with income investigations and are located in Sundbyberg. Through close leadership, you create the predictability, security, and sustainability necessary for employees to take their responsibility and meet the need for change. You create understanding of the context, direction, and the target images set by the department and develop the plans your operations need. As a unit manager, you support the area manager and are part of the area's management group, which consists of 9 people, where you contribute your expertise and engagement. You adapt and exercise your leadership in a way that creates conditions for employees to use their judgment and competence.

The position involves handling confidential information, which places high demands on proper management. Therefore, it is important that you, who will work with us, have a high security awareness.

A permanent, full-time position, with start date according to agreement. A probationary period may be applicable.
