Interim Property Manager for Municipal Company in Fagersta

Job Description

The organization is in need of strong leadership and clear direction to ensure stability and continuity in property management.

Objectives of the assignment:

• Stabilize operations: Ensure that all property-related processes run smoothly and efficiently.
• Leadership and governance: Provide clear direction and support to the team to increase morale and productivity.
• Communication: Improve internal and external communication to reduce uncertainty and increase transparency.
• Strategic planning: Develop and implement short-term strategies to address current challenges.

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations within property management.
• Lead and motivate the team through clear communication and support.
• Identify improvements in processes and routines.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure consistency and coordination.
• Regularly report to management on progress and challenges.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone who meets the following criteria:

• Good knowledge of property management and property development.
• Experience as a property manager in the public sector for at least 3 years.
• Experience leading change within an organization.
• Documented experience in budget and financial responsibility.
• Fluent communication in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is a merit if you meet the following:

• Experience working with digital tools and systems for property management, e.g., Vitec, Unit 4, Personec, Kia, Adato.

What we offer

You will be employed by Jurek talents. The assignment is expected to start as soon as possible, preferably in January, and will last for 5 months. Full-time 100% commitment is required.
