Your responsibilities include:
- Overall responsibility for ensuring that our clients receive a service characterized by choice, self-determination, and integrity.
- Lead the organization towards measurable operational goals. Follow up and improve.
- Lead and drive the daily work in the office. Personnel responsibility for our client managers and support functions (excluding finance function).
- Create participation and engagement.
- Overall responsibility for the office's results, revenues, and costs.
- Ensure that the budgets for assistance assignments are set and achieved.
Who are you?
- A task- and solution-oriented leader with a coaching and inspiring approach.
- You have worked in leadership positions for several years, where you have also had responsibility for results and budgets. Preferably within personal assistance.
- You have relevant education and good system skills.
- You have a humanistic view of people and are motivated to work for and with people.
To succeed in the role of operations manager, the most important thing is that you share our values, and we place great importance on your personal qualities. We work closely together in an engaged team in bright, beautiful premises at Råsundavägen 18 in Solna (easily accessible by commuter train or bus). Our guiding principles are joy, passion, generosity, and genuineness. We believe in lifelong learning and do not like to be bored unnecessarily.

Full-time 100%. Permanent employment after six months of probation. We have a collective agreement (Fremia-Vision), occupational pension, insurance, wellness benefits, and a wide range of training opportunities. Individual salary setting. Appointment according to agreement.
