Academy Online International is one of Europe's leading companies in digital vocational training, offering courses in eight languages. We are hiring authors/course creators for various types of vocational training. Alternatively, we can establish a collaboration agreement.

You have the freedom to work from wherever you are as a "Digital Nomad".

Based on your education and experience, you will work with us to create a digital training course for Executive/Management training in Swedish. You may also do so in one of our seven other languages if you have that competence.

The training is usually created in PowerPoint, which is then screen recorded while you narrate your text with a microphone. Video recordings of the training are also required.

We have a digital introductory course that will help you get started quickly.

Once the training is complete, we produce it for our digital course portal where customers have access to the training materials through videos, screen recordings, still images, exercises, assignments, and tests. All materials are thus recorded.

As a course creator, you will answer questions from students and provide feedback on assignments and grade tests, etc.

We conduct powerful marketing to maximize the sales of your training.

Depending on how many vocational courses you create and are responsible for, the salary varies. We currently have 200+ vocational courses in Swedish, and the average salary for those working full-time varies depending on the number of students and the number of vocational courses.

We always write long-term agreements with our course creators. The courses are digital vocational training.

You, as the subject expert, determine the length of the training, but since it is a vocational course, it should cover similar courses on the market, which typically range from a few weeks full-time up to a year, depending on the training.
