Do you want the opportunity for recovery? Do you want to combine work and leisure? For the past year, we have been able to offer nurses a shortened working week of 33 hours and 20 minutes/week.
About usWe care for patients with many different medical conditions in the palliative phase and often at the end of life. Everything from newly discovered diseases with acute characteristics to chronic diseases. We have relatively short hospital stays and work in close collaboration with ASIH, acute hospitals, and other care providers. We are a small department where everyone knows each other and enjoys working together.
Palliative care is an active form of care, which means we actively work to implement and evaluate measures for symptoms. If the measures are not satisfactory, we try new methods. This requires systematic work, competence, and sometimes involves a high pace. You work as part of a team with nursing assistants, doctors, and paramedics. We work person-centered and use the 6S's as a valuable tool.
The roleOur operations are characterized by continuous improvements, and we care about ensuring that we feel good at work. With us, you have the opportunity to develop and gain broad medical competence. We provide you with the conditions to develop your leadership, take responsibility, and take on new challenges. You have an individual development plan that you determine the content of together with your manager. Continuous work with competence-developing education, quality work regarding patient safety and patient participation means that we are constantly working to improve quality, further develop care, and develop our employees and our working methods.
With us, you will become part of an inclusive team where we collaborate to achieve common goals. We have fun together and a great sense of community.
Our offerAs an employee at Aleris, you will have access to a range of benefits that support you both in your professional and private life.
