About usWithin ASIH, we care for severely ill patients who are treated in their own homes and need advanced care interventions that are otherwise provided in inpatient care. Everyone in our multidisciplinary team collaborates closely to meet the patients' needs in the best possible way.

The roleAs a unit manager within ASIH, you are responsible for the entire results unit, including finances, personnel, environment, and working conditions. The team you will lead consists of about 10 highly engaged employees who ensure good quality in the unit. You will be part of a secure management group, and in addition to your management colleagues, you will have continuous support from management and your immediate supervisor. Within Aleris, HR, controllers, and quality developers are also closely linked to the unit, where you will receive support and assistance when needed to create the best conditions. Aleris ASIH Värmdö's office is located at Gustavsbergs Centrum.

In your leadership, you see the operation from a holistic perspective, where you plan and organize as well as follow up on decisions and results. Furthermore, you are responsible for the daily operations where you lead and distribute the work in the unit and work proactively to ensure that resources are used optimally. You are responsible for good and safe care for the severely ill patient at home. Your clinical experiences are so good that you can mentor and introduce new employees and assess the severity of the various aspects of care.

The work requires good collaboration skills as you will have close contact with many different operations within Aleris, care neighbors, and referrers. As a leader, you are expected to be visible, present, and attentive. You are clear and have the ability to motivate your employees. Achieving the operational goals and providing employees with opportunities to develop through feedback and follow-up are important parts.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Is an experienced and confident leader with documented experience in management and leadership roles
  • Is a licensed nurse, with at least five years of experience working in ASIH or oncology care, preferably hematology.
  • Has good IT skills and is curious about innovations and new working methods in the field
  • Is an attentive, empathetic, and present leader with integrity
  • Has a positive attitude, thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and has a good ability to prioritize and structure your work.
  • Has a good ability to work independently, responsibly, and strategically, and you communicate clearly with a good ability to express yourself well and adapt your message to the audience in Swedish, both spoken and written.
  • Is flexible and open to new challenges, drives development, and finds solutions to problems
  • Has a B driver's license

It is meritorious if you

  • Have worked as a leader in change
  • Have further developed digital working methods and apply AI
  • Are a manager with the ability for innovation, development, and collaboration in dialogue
  • Have experience in quality work, patient safety work, and handling deviations
  • Have experience with Stratsys (PUR) Planning, implementation, and operational follow-up
  • Have prepared annual operational reports

As we are keen to find the right person for the position, great importance will be placed on personal suitability.

Employment conditionsEmployment type: Permanent employment, starting with a 6-month probationary period

Extent: Full-time

Start date: By agreement

Salary: Individual salary setting

We are affiliated with Vårdföretagarna and a collective agreement exists
