About us

The health center in Farsta is a positive and developing workplace with a clear patient focus. The workplace is located by the subway in Farsta Centrum, one stop from the commuter train in Farsta Strand.

Our organization is based on the local unit's self-governance with engagement and participation from employees, leading to short decision-making paths. At the same time, there is a larger organization in the background that provides support and opportunities for development and exchange of experiences.

The child team currently consists of three psychologists, where collegial conversations are characterized by evidence-based methods, a child perspective, and an equal treatment of patients regardless of background. We receive children from six health centers around Farsta. Our catchment area has grown during the spring, and we therefore need to expand our team.

The purpose of the expanded efforts for children and young people at the health center is to make it easy to receive treatment early. We offer PTP supervision focusing on the interests, needs, and motivations of the PTP psychologist. As a PTP, you will be part of a group with others doing PTP at Capio's health centers in the southern suburbs.

There is an opportunity for part-time or full-time work.

Your role

We are looking for a PTP psychologist for our team working with children aged 6-17 at the health center in Farsta. The position involves psychological counseling, diagnostics, and treatment aimed at children and parents.

You should have training in CBT and feel confident in treating mild to moderate depression and anxiety in children and adolescents, under the supervision of an STP psychologist. Previous experience in primary care and/or with children is an advantage. Great emphasis will be placed on personal suitability, where personal maturity, integrity, and collaboration skills are important qualities.
