About Aleris ASIHAt Aleris ASIH, we work in multidisciplinary teams with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, and physiotherapists to provide our patients with the best care. We operate from 15 geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris ASIH is part of Aleris Närsjukvård, which also includes two specialized palliative care departments, Basic Home Healthcare, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Närakut.

About Aleris ASIH Söderort (part of ASIH Syd)We currently have a need for specialist doctors primarily based at ASIH Söderort, located in Årstaberg, just a five-minute walk from the commuter train station and the light rail station, and about a ten-minute walk from Midsommarkransens subway station.

Our other teams are based in Värmdö, Tyresö, Haninge, Tullinge, Nynäshamn, and Södertälje. Our palliative department is located at Handens Hospital. Our goal is for the patient to always receive care of the highest quality, and thanks to a strong trust from our patients and clients, our operations are growing.

The RoleAs a specialist doctor within ASIH, you have overall responsibility for your patients. We work on behalf of Region Stockholm with patients who have complex medical conditions and often in various palliative stages. Our mission consists of palliative care as well as advanced medical care at home. We work in a multidisciplinary team consisting of doctors, unit managers, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, social workers, and nursing assistants. As a specialist doctor, you, along with the unit manager, lead the team.

About YouWe are looking for a colleague who is experienced in working in a multidisciplinary team. The ability to collaborate with different personnel categories is a fundamental requirement, as well as a genuine interest in ASIH work. We operate in a knowledge-intensive environment where Aleris values: responsible, simple, innovative guide us in our daily work.

We are looking for someone who is experienced, engaged, competent, meticulous, and positive. Being able to provide a pleasant patient encounter and having a sense of humor are also important qualities. We also place great importance on your personal attributes such as initiative, flexibility, and good collaboration skills.

You are a specialist doctor in general medicine, geriatrics, oncology, pulmonary medicine, hematology, nephrology, anesthesiology, or internal medicine, with a strong interest in palliative care. Additional specialization in palliative medicine is a merit.

Employment ConditionsEmployment type: Permanent employment, starting with a 6-month probationary period. Scope: Full-time, 40 hours of work per week. Start date: By agreement. Salary: Individual salary setting. Collective agreement exists.
