At Aleris ASIH, we work in multidisciplinary teams with doctors, nurses, occupational therapists, dietitians, social workers, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, and physiotherapists to provide our patients with the best care. We operate from 15 geographical locations in Stockholm County. Aleris ASIH is part of Aleris Primary Care, which also includes two specialized palliative care departments, Basic Home Care, Rehab Station, and Uppsala Urgent Care.

About Aleris ASIH Huddinge
ASIH Huddinge is a well-established team located in the same premises as the team working for Botkyrka. Our other teams are based in Söderort, Tyresö, Haninge, Tullinge, Nynäshamn, and Värmdö. Our palliative department is located at Handens Hospital. Our goal is for the patient to always receive care of the highest quality, and thanks to a strong trust among our patients and clients, our operations are growing.

We currently need an additional specialist doctor with a primary placement in Tullinge. You will be three doctors working closely together and supporting each other.

We are looking for someone who wants to be part of our growth journey and further develop the quality of care in a leading company. We are certified in quality and environmental standards.

We are seeking specialist doctors in general medicine, geriatrics, oncology, pulmonology, hematology, nephrology, anesthesiology, or internal medicine, with a strong interest in palliative care. Additional specialization in palliative medicine is an advantage.

The Role
As a doctor within ASIH, you have overall responsibility for your patients. We work on behalf of Region Stockholm with patients who have complex medical conditions and often in various palliative stages. Our mission consists of palliative care and advanced medical care at home. We work in a multidisciplinary team consisting of doctors, unit managers, nurses, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, dietitians, social workers, and nursing assistants. As a specialist doctor, you, along with the unit manager, form the leadership of the team.

About You
We are looking for a colleague who is experienced in working in a multidisciplinary team. The ability to collaborate with different personnel categories is a fundamental requirement, as well as a genuine interest in ASIH work. We operate in a knowledge-intensive environment where Aleris values: responsible, simple, innovative guide us in our daily work.

We are looking for someone who is experienced, engaged, competent, meticulous, and positive. Being able to provide a pleasant patient encounter and having a sense of humor are also important qualities. We also place great emphasis on your personal qualities such as initiative, flexibility, and good collaboration skills.
