About the role

We are currently looking for a new fantastic employee for Bikelease's customer service team. In the role of customer service representative at Bikelease, you will work with your colleagues to take their service to the next level. In this role, you will have significant responsibility while also collaborating closely with other colleagues. You will work in a varied role involving customer service and order management. You will also work administratively with support cases regarding benefit issues, returns, and complaints.

Your responsibilities include:

• Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
• Handling benefit questions as well as inquiries regarding deliveries, invoices, and product information
• Providing expert advice on bicycles and accessories based on knowledge level
• Registering and processing orders
• Collaborating with other departments to improve the customer experience

Your qualifications

To fit and succeed in this role, we would like you to:

• Have previous experience in service-related work
• Have very good system knowledge
• Be skilled in communication, both in Swedish and English
• If you also have previous experience in customer service over the phone, that is highly meritorious

It is also a big plus if you have an interest in bicycles and sustainability.

About the position

You will be employed by Bikelease with a six-month probationary period.

• Start: As soon as possible.
• Working hours: Full-time (40 hours/week) with working hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Location: You will work at their office in Sickla, with the possibility of working from home one day a week.
