Economy and Payroll Responsible (60–75 %) at B3 Personal

B3 Personal is now looking for a dedicated and meticulous person who wants to develop from an assistant role to take full responsibility for our financial routines and payroll processes – part-time. We work with staffing, recruitment, and projects within FM services, and you will play an important role in ensuring that our finance and payroll management runs smoothly and correctly.

About the role

The position is 60–75 % of full-time and suits you who want to combine responsibility with flexibility. You will work closely with the CEO and receive support in your development while gradually taking over responsibility for:

• Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting
• Customer and supplier accounts
• Payroll management for both collective and salaried employees
• Invoicing and follow-up of payments
• Monthly closing and reporting
• Development of routines and processes for financial flows and purchasing

You will be a superuser in Fortnox, which means you have deep knowledge of the system and can work efficiently in it while supporting others as needed.

We are looking for you who:

• Have worked as an accounting assistant or payroll assistant for at least 1–2 years
• Have good knowledge of Fortnox and are used to working independently in the system
• Have basic knowledge of bookkeeping, invoicing, and payroll management
• Are structured, meticulous, and have an eye for detail
• Enjoy taking responsibility and like to create order
• Have good communication skills and can collaborate with both colleagues and external parties

It is an advantage if you have experience from the staffing industry or project-based operations.
