Do you have a basic experience in payroll work and are looking for the next step where you can develop and grow? For our client in central Stockholm, we are now looking for you who want to become an important part of their payroll team!

The position starts as a hire-purchase, which means that for the first six months you will be employed by us at Randstad Finance. After that, if the collaboration has worked well for both parties, the intention is for you to transition to a permanent position directly with our client.

In the role of Payroll Administrator, you will be involved in the entire payroll process and contribute with important administration, support, and control.

Responsibilities

• Reporting payroll data, checking discrepancies between payroll runs, and adjustments before the month's payroll run.
• Interpreting laws and agreements, pension and insurance issues, as well as reconciling tax and employer contributions.
• Providing support regarding questions about time reporting, travel expenses, statistics, and assistance to managers and employees in other payroll-related matters.
• Maintaining and distributing user guides and training materials.

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, we see that you have:

• Education: Post-secondary education in payroll (for example, YH education) or equivalent experience.
• Experience: A couple of years of relevant experience in payroll work or payroll administration. You have a basic understanding of the payroll process and are ready to take the next step in your development.
• Fluent in both Swedish and English, in spoken and written form, is a requirement.

  • Detail-oriented and Structured: You are methodical in your work and have the ability to handle detailed and confidential information with high integrity.
  • Service-minded: You enjoy providing support and have a pedagogical approach in your interactions with managers and employees.
  • Curious and Responsible: You are eager to learn new agreements, laws, and system support, and take great responsibility for your tasks.
