Uppdrag Arkeologi is a company active in Swedish contract archaeology. Our core business includes conducting archaeological investigations, pre-examinations, and surveys on behalf of the country’s County Administrative Boards. Our office is located in Hässelby in northern Stockholm.

We are looking for staff for archaeological fieldwork during the 2026 season. We are recruiting continuously and as needed, so don’t hesitate - submit your application now.

An academic degree with archaeology as the main subject is required. Experience in contract archaeological fieldwork is an advantage. We place great importance on your personal qualities and have high demands regarding responsibility, collaboration, and organizational skills. As a person, you are structured and enjoy working together and in close dialogue with your colleagues. Good digital competence is necessary, and experience with Intrasis is an advantage.

Our employer organization is called Sobona, and we are committed to following the collective agreement BÖK 25. The company is a member of SUBo – Sweden’s contract archaeology industry organization.
