Management Strategist for Psychosis Care Stockholm
Stockholm County's Healthcare Area, SLSO, is establishing a new service - Psychosis Care Stockholm, where all outpatient clinics and inpatient care units for patients with psychotic disorders will be gathered under this new service.
We are now looking for a management strategist who wants to help shape the future of psychosis care.
About the role:
The role involves working closely with the management team and the operations manager. You will contribute to planning, coordinating, and following up on strategic and administrative processes. Preparing decision-making materials, meetings, and activities for the management team. The role is both operational and strategic, focusing on driving and structuring development work within the new organization. The role also involves being a link between management and the units and representing management in relevant forums as needed.
We are looking for someone who:
- has extensive experience in strategic work and management support
- is structured, communicative, and accustomed to working closely with decision-makers
- enjoys taking responsibility and driving processes forward
- has experience in strategic work and qualified management support
- has a very good ability to create structure, drive processes, and work independently
- has strong communication skills and is used to working closely with decision-makers
Meritorious:
- previous managerial experience, preferably with experience in leading psychiatric care services
- experience from healthcare
- experience from larger organizations, change management, or public services
- experience in project management or equivalent

Other:
The position is located at Sankt Eriksplan, and some travel to various units within Stockholm County is included.
Selection and interviews are conducted on an ongoing basis. The position will be filled provided it does not need to be reserved for internal relocation, according to current regulations.
For patient-related work within Stockholm County's Healthcare Area:
- background checks are applied before hiring decisions according to SLSO's overarching guidelines for background checks during employment.
- employees who will have patient contact must undergo a pre-employment health examination, according to current directives, which is done through occupational health services before employment.
- in addition to Swedish professional certification, good knowledge of the Swedish language at level C1 according to the Common European Framework of Reference (CEFR) is required. The same requirements apply to non-licensed personnel with patient contact.
