About the Position

We are looking for an Accounts Payable Accountant who will take full responsibility for the company's accounts payable. In this role, you will work broadly and operationally with the entire process – from receiving invoices to reconciling with the bank.

You will be responsible for:

• Managing incoming supplier invoices
• Ensuring correct registration and coding
• Sending invoices for approval and entering correct payment terms
• Monitoring payment flows and handling manual payments in the bank
• Posting all transactions to and from the bank
• Conducting regular reconciliations against bank balances
• Ensuring everything is accurate and up to date in the system

We are looking for someone who has

• 1–2 years of experience working with accounts payable
• Good proficiency in Excel
• The ability and drive to find solutions independently
• Strong attention to detail, structure, and sense of responsibility
• The ability to own the process from start to finish

Meritorious:

• Experience with Monitor ERP

You are a self-driven and curious person who likes to have control over the details and takes responsibility for getting things right. You enjoy working independently but also like to collaborate with other functions in the company. This role suits you if you are motivated by order, structure, and consistent workflows.
