Your mission
As a competence development coordinator, you will belong to a unit within the department for operational support. The department's task is to ensure that everything functions around the core operations and provide it with the conditions it needs, both administratively and strategically. You will be part of the competence development team, organized at the HR office.
In the team, you will collectively be responsible for creating conditions for learning and competence development for the authority's managers and employees. Together with our internal subject matter experts and external providers, you will plan, lead, and follow up on the authority's overall competence development initiatives. We are looking for someone who has a breadth of experience and sees the value in working at all levels. Both hands-on and administratively, but also strategically. You play an important role in our work to create a learning organization with a strong value base.
Your responsibilities include:
- Developing and coordinating competence development initiatives for the authority's managers and employees. These initiatives are carried out with both internal and external resources.
- Analyzing the organization's needs for learning initiatives and proposing suitable learning activities.
- In collaboration with internal subject matter experts and external providers, ensuring that the initiatives are of good quality and high impact.
- Leading and facilitating training groups for managers and employees as needed.
- Providing pedagogical support to the organization.
- Project managing educational productions in various formats, such as e-learning, workshops, classrooms, and blended learning.
- Creating and developing routines, processes, and working methods for the entire educational operation.
- Driving initiatives regarding digital tools and platforms to scale up, enable, and make learning accessible.
- Managing educational administration, such as course registrations, participant lists, conference bookings, and evaluations.
- Handling purchases, contracts, and invoicing related to educational providers.
You have
We are looking for someone who has:
- A relevant academic education as assessed by the employer, or equivalent knowledge acquired through work.
- At least 3 years of experience working broadly with competence development and educational coordination.
- Documented experience in leading educational projects from idea to delivery.
- Experience with LMS, e-learning production, and digital collaboration tools.
- Very good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing and good knowledge of English.
We consider it an advantage if you have:
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2).
- Certification in UGL, Developmental Leadership, and/or Indirect Leadership.
- A background as an organizational psychologist and experience in group development.
- Knowledge of AGILE or SAFe frameworks in educational projects.
- Experience working in government operations.
- Experience working with management and leadership development.

The workplace is located near Drottningholm, about 10 minutes from Brommaplan. Swedish citizenship is a requirement as employment at FRA involves placement in a security class. Before employment, you will undergo a security screening in accordance with the provisions of the Security Protection Act. Employment comes with an obligation to be placed in wartime.
