Hero is now recruiting a German-speaking customer service representative for a growing and professional company in finance. Here, you will have a central role where you help customers in Sweden and Germany daily and become part of a warm and engaged team.

About the role

As a customer service representative, you will handle customer inquiries via phone, email, secure messages, and letters. You will assist customers with questions about products, payments, withdrawals, and deposits, ensuring they receive prompt and accurate service.

The role also involves responsibility for important processes – you will be the key person ensuring everything runs smoothly and correctly in the customer flow. This may involve following up on cases that require extra attention, coordinating internal processes, and ensuring all documentation is correct.

You will work on-site in spacious and nice offices in central Stockholm, with the phone line open from 09:00 to 12:00, providing a good balance between customer contact and independent and quality-focused work.

Who we are looking for

We are looking for someone who thrives in a meticulous and structured environment but also has a strong service focus. You are responsible, self-driven, and curious, with a positive attitude towards development and improvement.

We are only seeking candidates with fluent German in both spoken and written form.

Preferred experiences:

  • Customer contact, e.g., in customer service, retail, reception, or restaurant

  • Administrative experience and familiarity with working in multiple systems

  • Studies in economics/finance or work in regulated industries
