Lawyer for TLV's Legal Unit

We are now seeking one or more lawyers for the newly established legal unit in the Department for Value-Based Pricing. The legal unit consists of about seven lawyers. As a lawyer, you will work both independently and in teams with other lawyers and professionals such as medical investigators, health economists, and analysts. The Department for Value-Based Pricing is responsible for questions regarding which medicines and consumables should be subsidized and covered by high-cost protection.
Job Responsibilities
As a lawyer, you provide legal support in matters concerning pricing and subsidies for medicines and consumables where decisions are made by the Pharmaceutical Benefits Board. You also contribute to the department's work with health economic assessments to support the regions regarding medicines or medical technology products used in inpatient care. You provide support to medical investigators and health economists and are responsible for legal issues within the benefits legislation.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has a law degree or equivalent, at least five years of post-graduate experience, with at least three years of experience in administrative law or investigative work at a government agency or equivalent in the last five years. You should have good knowledge of administrative law and confidentiality legislation, as well as a very good ability to express yourself in spoken and written Swedish.

Employment Type
Permanent position, full-time, starting with a six-month probationary period. Start date as soon as possible, by agreement.
