In the role of Administrator in information security, you will work closely with security specialists and strategists on issues related to information security within security protection. The assignment is both operational and supportive, with a clear connection to legislation, structure, and quality.

Your main tasks include:

• 🔄 Managing and lifecycle-managing information systems with specific security requirements

• 👩‍🏫 Planning and conducting training initiatives in information security and security protection

• 📁 Handling and registering documents according to applicable legislation and internal regulations

• 🗂️ Conducting information classification and confidentiality assessments according to OSL and security protection legislation

• 📊 Reporting status regarding time, quality, and delivery to the responsible function

The role requires good pedagogical skills, clear communication, and strong collaboration abilities 🤝

• At least 3 years of experience as an administrator or clerk in public operations

• Good proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• At least 1 year of documented experience in:

  • Information classification and confidentiality assessment according to OSL (chapters 15, 18, 19)

  • Document registration according to the Public Access and Secrecy Act

• At least 2 years of experience from operations with high demands on security and confidentiality awareness

• Experience in system administrative tasks in a Windows environment (e.g., settings and program installation)

• Experience in developing processes and routines within information security or security protection

• Basic education or course in information security

• Experience in developing, implementing, and following up training initiatives in security protection or information classification

Assignment start: March 29, 2026 Assignment length: until December 31, 2026 (with the possibility of extension) Scope: Full-time, 40 hours/week Location: Stockholm, primarily on-site work

The assignment is security classified and requires an approved security clearance and signing of confidentiality documents before starting.
