On behalf of our client, we are looking for a corporate lawyer for a parental leave until the summer of 2027. Do you have experience as a corporate lawyer or from a law firm and are looking for exciting challenges?

As a corporate lawyer, you will be an important part of the organization and provide legal support to the organization. Your main focus will be corporate law and commercial contract law. This is a broad role where you, together with your colleagues, will review, draft, and negotiate contracts.

You will be part of a team with other corporate lawyers and report directly to the chief legal officer.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A law degree and at least 5–6 years of experience working as a corporate lawyer or from a law firm

• Strong general legal competence and experience with commercial contracts

• The ability to work independently and drive your own assignments

• Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

This is a consulting assignment starting in early April during a parental leave expected to continue until the summer of 2027. You will be employed by Jurek and work as a consultant for our client in central Stockholm.

You will work flexibly, and there is an opportunity for you to work from home to some extent - based on what you, the team, and the tasks require or wish at different times.
