About the Position

We are now looking for a new service star to join our team in Solna Haga Norra. You will work in a newly built property with character and high standards, where hospitality and service are always in focus. Here, the little extra is a given!

We take care of both tenants and external meeting and conference guests, delivering service daily that leaves an impression.

As a conference host and receptionist, you will provide high-class service characterized by a warm and personal approach as well as proactive hospitality. In your role, you will work at the reception, plan and set up for meetings and conferences, and prepare food and beverages for conference guests. You will build relationships within the property and be the face of the entire building.

Your responsibilities include, among others:

  • Welcoming and directing visitors and tenants

  • Proactive service for conference guests (creating comfort, logistics, clarity)

  • Planning and preparing the premises for meetings and conferences

  • Setting up food and beverages for conference guests

  • Managing conference technology and systems

  • Bookings, upselling, and basic administration

Who are you? We are looking for an engaged and solution-oriented person who can quickly grasp new tasks and work effectively in an environment with a high service standard. You have a solid background in the service industry and feel at home there. To succeed in this role, we believe you are fearless, flexible in your working style, and enjoy handling both larger groups and more demanding visitors in a professional and secure manner. To develop and contribute to the success of the organization, we believe you have the ability to communicate clearly about what our business offers and are skilled at balancing upselling and service with that little extra.

Requirements for the Position

  • Fluent in Swedish and English

  • Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment

  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office suite and system savvy

  • Completed high school education

About Employment Employment: Permanent with a six-month initial probationary period Employment rate: Full-time 100% Start: February 2, 2026 Working hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM and 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
