Receptionist Wanted in Rosersberg
We are looking for a receptionist on behalf of our client in Rosersberg. You will work in modern facilities at an international company with visitors from around the world. You play an important role in contributing to a positive visitor experience, efficient daily routines, and professional support to internal divisions.
You will be the client's face to the outside world by welcoming visitors, handling mail, answering the phone, making orders, and performing other common reception tasks.
Your background should be in interpersonal service, and it is an advantage if you have previously worked in a reception as this constitutes a large part of the workday. We work flexibly, and the tasks may vary. Therefore, it is important that you are unpretentious, open, and curious, and see it as a natural task to create a good atmosphere in the workplace.
Your main tasks will include:
- Welcoming and registering visitors and clients
- Managing the switchboard and phone, as well as receiving packages and deliveries
- Handling inquiries and orders via phone, in person, and email
- Maintaining conference rooms and bookings for the best possible experience
We are looking for someone who:
- Is a service-oriented person who enjoys meeting people with a professional attitude
- Can express themselves well in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Holds a valid driver's license (B)
- Previous experience in reception is an advantage
- Good knowledge of switchboard operations is a plus
- Good skills in the Office suite, particularly Excel and Word

- You should have a genuine interest in the overall solution regarding service/meetings
- You should find it rewarding to solve daily problems independently and constantly strive to improve each day for employees in the office and external guests
- You should be structured and organized

Employment form and working hours:
We apply a permanent employment contract with an initial probationary period of 6 months. Working hours are weekdays from 07:30 to 16:30.
