Karolinska Institutet is world-renowned for its research and education in dentistry and oral health.

At Campus Flemingsberg, we have the latest technology. Here we train dental hygienists, dentists, specialist dentists, researchers, and offer Complementary Education for Dentists, KUT.

The majority of students' clinical training takes place at one of the University Dental Care's six dental clinics. At the Department of Odontology, both theoretical teaching and cutting-edge research are conducted.

We are environmentally certified according to ISO 14001:2015, which means ongoing improvement efforts to reduce negative environmental impact.

Welcome to us; we are about 230 employees making a difference.

Do you want to help shape the future of competence supply within academia? Do you thrive in an environment where respect, curiosity, and collaboration are fundamental values? Then you might be the one we are looking for.

The administrative department of the institution works to provide professional and efficient support to core operations and management functions. The department consists of 16 employees divided into four units: finance, HR, IT, and service and maintenance.

The HR unit is an engaged team that works closely with the operations. We have an open and inclusive collaboration where we support each other and share knowledge to achieve common goals. The goal of the HR unit is to lead a cohesive and proactive HR function that meets managers' needs in daily work and drives long-term development issues.

Your role

You ensure quality in pre- and onboarding, follow up on employment extensions and terminations. Together with our communicator, you build a credible and attractive employer brand through target group analyses and storytelling.

As an HR partner, you develop key figures related to competence supply and contribute with analyses that provide managers with the basis for organizational development. One of your first strategic tasks will be, together with our controller, to develop a competence and gap analysis that lays the foundation for long-term and sustainable competence supply.
