We are looking for an Aftermarket Coordinator for one of our clients in the Construction and Contracting sector. In this role, you will be responsible for case management related to the aftermarket and coordinate and resolve various issues that arise. You will ensure high quality and satisfied customers in our client's aftermarket process. You will have close dialogue with customers, subcontractors, and colleagues, representing the company and being the contact person regarding warranty issues. The position includes significant responsibility, and you need to have good service skills and enjoy a coordinating role with multiple contact points. We prefer that you have experience from a similar role previously.

The position is a consulting assignment for at least 6 months with good chances of permanent employment with the client company as the need is long-term. You will first be employed by us at The Place. The office is located on the southern side of Stockholm. Working hours are Mon-Fri, 7-4 with some flexibility. Start immediately according to agreement. The work is mostly on-site at the office.

About the role: As an aftermarket coordinator, you will be the hub in managing cases after completed projects. You will be responsible for:

  • Continuously registering, following up, and addressing cases related to complaints and grievances.
  • Keeping clients informed about the status of ongoing cases and closures.
  • Following up and reconciling invoices and finance-related tasks associated with the aftermarket.
  • Participating in handover from production to aftermarket and ensuring that all required documents are available and stored correctly.
  • Delegating urgent cases to subcontractors and ensuring they are handled correctly.
  • Coordinating warranty inspections and service visits, ensuring warranty commitments are met.
  • Weekly reporting of statistics and status on cases to the responsible manager.
  • Short business trips may occur during working hours.

We are looking for someone who has the following:

  • Experience from a similar role in the construction and contracting industry.
  • A degree in construction engineering, building, or similar.
  • Fluent in Swedish and English.
  • Excellent administrative skills.
  • Proficient in systems.
  • Has a valid driver's license (B).
  • Experience in property management is a plus.
