About the assignment

As a Committee Secretary at the Environmental and Community Planning Administration, you will be responsible for the committee process for the Building and Environmental Committee and the Technical Committee, as well as other tasks. Our client needs support for the tasks related to the committee process for the two committees:

• Preparations in the form of mailings
• Participate as a committee secretary at the meetings
• Post-work such as minutes
• Dispatching of matters

We are looking for someone who has

• University degree or equivalent
• Relevant experience
• 1 year of professional experience as a committee secretary

It is an advantage if you meet:

• 3 years of professional experience as a committee secretary

You are offered

A consulting assignment with part-time hours, where the workload varies per week around 15-20 hours/week. The assignment starts at the end of February and lasts for a few months, with some possibility of extension. Location in Salem. You will be employed by Jurek Talents AB and rented out to our client.
