About the Position At Middlepoint, we are currently looking for a new service star for our client, a consulting company focused on communication, public affairs, and strategic advice. In this role, you will work at the reception of the client's office, located in the heart of central Stockholm. As a receptionist, you will have the opportunity to operate in both a social and professional environment, where you deliver world-class service to everyone you meet every day.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming employees and clients
• Various administrative tasks
• Phone and email communication
• Managing common areas, conference rooms, and catering
• Bookings and orders
• Mail handling and deliveries
• Key management and access card systems
• Switchboard and telephony
• Contact with suppliers
• Onboarding new employees
• Planning and organizing parties and afterworks

Requirements for the Position

• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Previous experience in service, preferably in an office environment
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office Suite
• Completed secondary education

About Employment Employment: Permanent position with a 6-month initial probationary period Start: End of August 2025 Working hours: Monday to Friday approximately 08:00-16:30
