We are now looking for an Accounting Assistant to our headquarters in Ystad.

Job Description

As an accounting assistant with us, you will work in a broad role. You will report to the CFO, and together you will form the company's finance function along with an external accounting consultant. Your primary role will involve managing all ongoing bookkeeping for the group's three companies. You will also work with various administrative tasks such as assisting salespeople with back-office support as needed.

More concretely, your tasks will include:

• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Accounts receivable
• Accounts payable
• Incoming and outgoing payments
• Reconciliations
• Support for salespeople, quotes, and orders
• Purchasing office supplies, etc.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone with a background in finance and who has worked in similar roles before. You know your accounting, and what you don't know, you will find out. Having good control is a point of honor for you, and you take great responsibility for your work.

You thrive best when you have a broad role and get to work with many varying tasks, not just purely finance-related tasks. You are the coordinator of the office and ensure that everything runs smoothly. Therefore, it is important that you are an independent and driven person who takes initiative and develops this newly established role.

As a person, you are solution-oriented, proactive, and positive. You are a good team player who enjoys providing excellent service both internally and externally.

Good knowledge of English is a requirement. You are an experienced user of Excel and various accounting/business systems.
