Are you a structured and service-oriented person with a passion for building long-term customer relationships and ensuring the right person is in the right place? What does a Coordinator do?In the role of Coordinator, you will work closely with the Site Manager and be an important part of our team. You will collaborate closely with both customers and employees to ensure that customer needs are met in the best way by matching the right Veteran with the right assignment. You will primarily work with our corporate clients where you will have the opportunity to further develop and strengthen relationships with our existing customers as well as actively work to recruit new customers to contribute to our growth and success. Here you will have the opportunity to help maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and create engagement among our employees! Your main tasks will therefore include:

• Building and expanding the Veteran Bank through recruitment and hiring
• Conducting introductions and training for new Veterans
• Handling incoming inquiries from customers and matching the right Veteran to assignments
• Actively working to build the customer base through sales and business development
• Coordinating time reporting and other administrative tasks
• Participating in events and arrangements such as veteran meetings and fairs

Who is our next Coordinator?

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a broad and fast-paced role where you have had the opportunity to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, preferably in administration, sales, or staffing. You have good system skills and thrive in a role where phone contact with customers and employees is an important part of everyday life. Previous experience from RUT or ROT services is a plus.

• System skills (CRM, Office package, etc.)
