Within Nobina Care, the brands Samtrans Omsorgsresor, Göteborgs Buss, and Telepass are represented in Stockholm, Västra Götaland, and Skåne, among others.

We are now looking for a business-oriented HR Business Partner for Telepass, Nobina Care's business area South, who will play a key role in our continued development.

 

About the role

As an HR Business Partner at Nobina Care, you will provide consultative support to the managers in operational HR issues, focusing on labor law, union relations, and workforce planning. You will ensure that the organization complies with labor laws and agreements and implement and follow HR strategies, policies, guidelines, and procedures. The role includes providing labor law support to managers, including interpreting laws and agreements and handling personnel matters. You will drive and coordinate union negotiations, provide support and drive HR activities in connection with the start-up and winding down of operations, and support the business in staffing and scheduling planning, where you will also be the system manager for the planning tool Quinyx. You will support managers in recruitment and rehabilitation processes and drive complex rehabilitation cases. Furthermore, you will coordinate the implementation of employee surveys and drive annual salary reviews. You will also have an important role in the management team of the business area and coach the managers in developing leadership according to Nobina's leadership criteria and leadership promise.

The role reports to the business area manager and has a dotted line to the HR manager for Nobina Care.

As the operations are geographically spread across southern and western Sweden, you will be required to travel for work. Your workplace will be in Skåne at one of the locations where we operate.

 

Your profile

We are looking for someone with an academic background in HR, personnel/work life programs, or equivalent fields related to labor law and psychology. You have experience in operational HR work in personnel-intensive operations with collective employees and experience in change management. You have very good knowledge of labor law and the ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in both Swedish and English. Experience with HR systems and the digitization of HR processes is important, as well as a structured approach and a strong ability to build trusting relationships. You are used to independently driving your work and are good at translating business needs into concrete HR initiatives.

 

This is Telepass, Nobina Care

Telepass provides service journeys in the form of transport services, medical journeys, and demand-responsive public transport for a large number of clients in southern Sweden. Additionally, school transport, special school transport, and food deliveries to schools and care facilities are carried out in several municipalities. Currently, the vehicle fleet consists of approximately 750 units.

We have around 1,000 employees with offices or operational units in Gothenburg, Helsingborg, Kristianstad, Malmö, Lund, Trelleborg, Ystad, and Jönköping.
