We are looking for a Management Consultant for our client in Helsingborg. In the role of consultant, you will support the management team in implementing concrete change initiatives that affect the department's employees and collaborating operations in areas such as skills development, working methods, and organizational culture. Together with the management team, you are expected to design a plan and structure for the implementation of these initiatives. The work will include:

• Coordinate the development and introduction of new or improved working methods in close collaboration with the department's employees, so that they are adapted to the overall business model. This also includes establishing cross-functional teams responsible for various value and focus areas.
• Lead a cultural change initiative within the organization to promote a positive and engaged attitude towards changes and new working methods.
• Support the establishment of collaboration forums that enable ongoing dialogue and follow-up between different functions and administrations.
• Ensure that the change work is anchored in the organization by working closely with the administrations and adapting the initiatives to create a long-term sustainable integration of the changes.

The consultant's mission is to support the management team, the department's employees, and nearby operations in the transition work by contributing practical efforts in process development and change management. In close dialogue with the management, the consultant is expected to design a plan and work structure for implementation by:
• Coordinating the development and implementation of new or updated working methods to ensure they align with the overall business model. This also includes creating and establishing virtual teams.
• Leading a cultural change initiative within the organization to promote a positive and engaged attitude towards the change process.
• Facilitating the creation of collaboration forums that enable regular dialogue and follow-up between different functions and administrations.
• Ensuring that the change work is well anchored in the organization through close collaboration with the administrations, to adapt and integrate the changes in a long-term and sustainable manner.

Requirements

To successfully carry out the assignment, we are looking for a consultant who has the following knowledge and experience:

• Experience working as a management consultant within complex public organizations, with a particular focus on IT, digital transformation, and organizational development.
• Solid knowledge and practical experience in implementing business models and leading change processes that encompass multiple levels within the organization (change management).
• Ability to collaborate closely with management teams and guide them in transforming strategic decisions into practical actions and well-structured work processes.
• Experience driving cultural change initiatives and leading cultural journeys that contribute to the organization achieving its overall goals.
• Very good ability to coordinate and communicate, focusing on engaging both employees and managers in the change work and ensuring that the changes are anchored and accepted in the organization.
• Experience with ITIL 4 and IT4IT value streams and insight into how these frameworks can be adapted and applied to various business scenarios and working methods.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.

End date: 2025-06-20. Possibility of 18-month extension

Location: Helsingborg. On-site presence is the starting point, but the structure and extent of physical presence will be planned in consultation with the client during the assignment.
