Specialistläkarna in Lund, Malmö, and Helsingborg are a chain of private clinics providing healthcare on behalf of Region Skåne. We offer care in endoscopy (colonoscopy and gastroscopy), urology, ENT, orthopedics, and gynecology.

We are now looking for a temporary medical secretary/healthcare administrator to join our team in Lund! You should have an approved education in Health and Medical Care Administration 80 credits (KY) or 400 credits (YH) or equivalent education as a medical secretary.

As a medical secretary/healthcare administrator, you are an important resource for our operations. The position includes standard tasks for a medical secretary/healthcare administrator at the clinic with a focus on medical records dictated in Speech Recognition (TIK) and Medspeech (journal system Melior).

As a medical secretary, you are a key person both in the clinic team and on the administrative side. The tasks are varied and include, in addition to record writing, referral handling, mail handling, diagnosis coding, and work in Pasis.

Working hours are scheduled during weekdays in the daytime. There is also the possibility of having a physical workplace at our clinic in Helsingborg (Specialistläkarna in Helsingborg).

Experience with Melior and PASIS is an advantage.

Start date is April 2025.

The position is a temporary role due to parental leave.
